Lately, I have been saying yes to an extra movie before naptime.
(watching Toy Story 3)
Lately, Afternoons have been spent giving extra cuddles and kisses.
Lately, I have allowed Addison that extra cup of chocolate milk.
Lately, bathtime has been longer allowing more time for splashing and laughter.
Lately, I have been saying yes to extra chapters at bedtime. Dinosaur vs. Bedtime, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and I Love You, Goodnight have been filling our evenings.
And even though they have been going to bed a little late, I am enjoying the giggles and they are just happy to be up late.
Lately, I have been focused on happiness... There are so many more smiles than I ever noticed before.

I appreciated your post! Your photos are so sweet and I love the space shuttle.
I'm also trying to cherish my time more with my little ones.
A good reminder to us all on what is important to focus on! I love the box airplane with stuffed animals! We used to use the diaper boxes to make race cars and trains... LOL
Sounds like you've been focused on living in the moment. I need to do more of that.
I love that photo of you with your kids - it's all personality! PS: What are you doing with all the arts and crafts stuff if the rapture's a'comin' in 3 short days, missy? And as for interrupting your tot's bestie's b-day party - seriously, what kind of a toddler are you raising that values her best friend's birthday party more than getting sucked up into the rapture/outerspace/wherever it is all them folks is a'goin'? (-;
