A Day of Magic & Day 31. 334 Days Left

After much anticipation, Addison and I found time in the day to watch Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue.

While Jackson was napping in his crib, Addison and I snuggled up on the sofa, she in her Silvermist dress-up, and enjoyed much overdue mommy and daughter time.

The afternoon was followed by dress-up, dancing, flying and a much needed nap (while watching Tinker Bell of course)…

This comes to you a day late.
My excuse: With the preparations, excitement of the day and having family in town, I was too exhausted to post anything.

Yesterday we celebrated Jackson's first birthday. On October 2nd, one year ago, I was blessed with a beautiful baby boy who made our small family complete.

Thank you to all of our family and friends for helping to make Jackson's first birthday so special. We had an amazing day. I am so grateful to have a wonderful husband, willing and able to tolerate all the shit I dish, a beautiful little girl, my number one little guy and awesome family and friends.

I can't believe the day is actually here. In nine hours we will be celebrating, along with family and friends, my little man's first birthday.

I have been blessed beyond imaginable.

Looking forward to sharing his special day with you.
